2003 Saab 9 3 Door Lock Problems

I have a 2007 saab 9 3 turbo.

Two problems related to door have been reported for the 2003 saab 9 3. Hi all just bought a 2005 saab 9 3 tid 120. Reassembled and passenger side power mirror not working along with door locks. The issue i am running into is the driver door.

When you hit the central locking button on the remote the affected door often won t lock or won t unlock if it was already locked. When i turn the ignition on it says something like key not. 1 when pressing the lock button on the driver door it will not lock the driver door or any door for that matter. The issue tends to start out intermittent and then worsen with time. The problem is that when i go out to the car in the morning it wont unlock with either of the keys. I ve had constant problems with my 2003 saab 9 3 arc three transmissions crankshaft sensor secondary air intake pump door locks window motor radio for crying out load emergency brake.

Power mirrors work door locks and now trunk release button not working. I have to use the manual key to get in and the alarm goes off until the ignition is on. Fab will make of three lock and unlock at will. Usually it will not lock with the other 3 doors.

Took panel off and unplugged and reattached electrical connections. The central locking door lock mechanisms on saab 9 3s and 9 5s are known to occasionally malfunction stop working. I am then forced to manually press down the lock to lock the driver door.
