1997 Saturn Sl2 Door Locks Do Not Work

1997 saturn sl2 door locks do not work.

When i maually press the lock button on the driver side not all the doors lock sometimes i hear a clicking noise. I charged the car for 45 mintues and manually closed each lock by the lock tab. The doors do not respond just clicking sounds.
